A common question we get here at Makene's Driving School is, "How many lessons will I need?"

This is not an easy question to answer as everyone learns at a different pace and has different experience.

However as a general guide:
LR, MR is approx 2 to 4 hours of training followed by a test by an examiner. This can be done in one day.

HR open double clutching trucks between 5 to 10 hours then test with examiner H.R.B. Synchromesh truck between 3 to 6 hours then test with examiner.

HC is approx 4 to 10 lessons with a two-hour test with an examiner.

HIR Automatic we can do in 2 hours and test in one day.

All final testing is conducted at our yard by O.P.I.

M.C six hours training then 2 hour final assessment:  This is all done within our company.
